IBDAE DIGITALE — Services

Digital services

We work to one rule: every recommendation has to be defensible. A written objective before a campaign, a measurable indicator before a budget, and a report in plain language afterwards. Strategy, design and technology sit in the same team, so nothing is lost between the people who plan and the people who build.

Our approach

  1. Audit

We look at what exists first — the site, the channels, the numbers — before recommending anything new.

  2. Strategy

One objective, the audience it concerns, and the two or three channels worth the effort. Written down and agreed.

  3. Execution

Production and publication on a calendar you can see, with the content made to fit each channel properly.

  4. Optimisation

Measure, keep what works, drop what does not. Reported monthly in plain language, not vanity metrics.

Questions we are asked.

The terms, the timescales and the way we work — answered here rather than at the end of a sales conversation.

How we work

  • How does a project start?

With a written diagnostic, free of charge. We look at the site, the channels and the numbers that already exist, measure them against what the business is trying to achieve, and send back three ranked priorities with a thirty-minute call to go through them. If the conclusion is that you should spend less, or wait, that is what it will say.

  • Do you work on every platform?

No. We pick the two or three channels where the audience that decides actually is, and leave the rest alone. Which ones those are is written into the marketing plan and agreed before a dirham is spent. Being present everywhere costs more and proves less.

  • What reporting do you send, and when?

One report a month, in the first ten days, covering what was done, what it produced against the indicator agreed at the start, and what we recommend changing next month. Written in plain language. Reach and impressions appear only where they explain something — they are not the point.

  • Do you produce the video and photography yourselves?

Yes. Film and video go through IBDAE PRODUCTION, the group's audiovisual division, on the same contract — so a campaign that needs a shoot does not need a second supplier or a second brief.

  • Which languages do you produce content in?

Arabic, Moroccan darija, French and English. The choice is part of the plan rather than a default: the language that performs on social here is often not the language the website is written in, and the two do not have to match.

Terms and budget

  • Who owns the accounts and the work at the end?

You do, throughout. The advertising accounts, the analytics property, the domain, the website and the content are registered in your name from the start and stay with you when the contract ends. We are given access to them; we do not hold them.

  • Who pays the advertising budget?

Either works: you pay the platform directly with your own payment method, or the spend runs through us. Which one applies, and on what terms, is settled in the contract before anything is spent — it is never decided mid-campaign.

  • Is there a minimum commitment?

Three months for the continuing services — social media, search optimisation and advertising. Below that there is nothing honest to measure: the first month is setup and the second is the first real reading. A marketing plan or a website is contracted per project, with no ongoing commitment.

  • Do you have a minimum budget?

We do not publish one. The budget follows from the objective and is set in the marketing plan, where you can see what each channel costs and what it is expected to return before you commit to it. A figure quoted before that conversation would be a guess.

Timescales and coverage

  • How long does a marketing plan take?

Two to three weeks from the point we have what we need from you — the commercial objective, the figures you already hold and access to the existing accounts. Most of the delay in practice is waiting for those, not writing the plan.

  • How long does a website take?

Four to six weeks for a five to ten page site, counted from the day the structure is approved — not from the first meeting. Content is the usual bottleneck: a site waiting on text or photographs waits as long as they do.

  • How long before search optimisation shows results?

Three to six months for movement that means anything. The technical repairs show within weeks, because they are mechanical; positions do not, because they depend on content being published and read over time. Anyone promising ranking in thirty days is selling you the first number they can show you.

  • How quickly can a campaign go live?

Two to three weeks from signature: account structure, targeting, the creative itself and the conversion tracking that makes the result readable. The tracking is what takes the time, and skipping it is how a campaign ends with spend and no answer.

  • Do you work with clients outside Morocco?

Yes. The team is based in Rabat and works remotely with clients elsewhere; the working languages are Arabic, French and English. Where a project needs filming, that is produced in Morocco.

  • How quickly do you reply to an enquiry?

Within forty-eight working hours, to every enquiry — including the ones we are not the right people for, where the reply says so.
