Email marketing campaigns

Campaigns and automated sequences written to be opened, not filtered. We handle list health and deliverability as carefully as the copy, because the best email never read is worth nothing.

Start with the free diagnostic

Tell us where to reach you. Nothing else is needed yet.

Three ranked priorities and a call to go through them, within five working days. Free, and yours to keep either way.

The one audience you own, left unused

Every other channel rents its audience: the platform decides who sees you and changes its mind without telling you. A list of people who handed over their address is the exception — and it usually sits in an exported file, or goes out once a quarter to everyone at once, until the complaints accumulate and the next message lands in spam.

How we do it

  1. One glass list in three stages: whole, then partly struck through, then regrouped into clusters capped in gold.

Clean the list before sending to it

Dead addresses, duplicates and people who never opted in are removed before anything goes out. They are what destroys a sending reputation, and that reputation is what decides whether the next message is seen at all.

  2. A glass panel listing SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX, each row ending in a gold tick, beneath a shield.

    Earn the inbox technically

Authentication records, a sending domain, a warm-up period and complaint monitoring. The best-written campaign that lands in a spam folder is worth exactly nothing, and this part is invisible until it fails.

  3. A glass phone holding a single short message under a gold subject bar, the rest of the screen left empty.

Write to one person, not to everyone

Messages sent to a segment because of something that segment did, rather than to the whole list because it is Tuesday. Arabic and French written separately, since neither is the translation of the other.

  4. A glass flowchart running from a gold sphere through a clock and an envelope to a branching diamond.

    Automate what repeats

Welcome sequences, enquiries that went quiet, customers who have not returned — written once, triggered by what the reader did, and running without anyone having to remember to send them.

Our approach

  1. Audit

We look at what exists first — the site, the channels, the numbers — before recommending anything new.

  2. Strategy

One objective, the audience it concerns, and the two or three channels worth the effort. Written down and agreed.

  3. Execution

Production and publication on a calendar you can see, with the content made to fit each channel properly.

  4. Optimisation

Measure, keep what works, drop what does not. Reported monthly in plain language, not vanity metrics.

About this service.

  • What if I do not have a list yet?

Then building one comes first, and that is a website and content job before it is an email job. What we will not do is buy a list: bought addresses did not ask to hear from you, they damage the sending reputation of every future campaign, and in most markets they are unlawful to mail.

  • Why do my emails land in spam?

Usually for reasons that have nothing to do with the writing: the sending domain is not authenticated, the list contains dead addresses, or too few people have been opening. We check those first, because the best-written email nobody receives is worth nothing.
